Coordination and Negotiations with Municipalities - Negotiate on behalf of the Owner during the planning, zoning and city council stages of the project.
Design Management - Contract negotiations and management of the design team through the process.
Construction Management - Manage the construction process including contract negotiations, schedule, budget, quality control, information requests and change orders.
Inspections - Detailed inspections of the project during construction on behalf of the end user, developer or financial institution.
Coordination of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment - Management of delivery schedule, contractor installed utilities and staging for any outside furniture, fixtures or equipment.
Turnover - To ensure that the punch list, operations and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings and financial closeout is completed in a timely manner.
