RJ Consulting Group was founded in 2006 by Robb James. Mr. James has been involved in the Texas construction industry for the past 12 years. While in Texas, Mr. James has been involved in the process as both a General Contractor and a Construction Manager. Mr. James is a LEED AP and Certified Green Advantage. Mr. James also has extensive experience with the Storm Water Pollution Prevention through the EPA and OSHA safety requirements.
